Consultation
We will discuss your motivation to exercise, your goals and what you are actually looking for. We will also be interested in your sports history so that we can offer you the right tailor-made solution.
INITIATION TRAININGS
During several individual trainings, we will introduce you to how to exercise properly. All will be based on your sports history (everyone has a different starting position and we respect that) and these lessons will be adjusted accordingly.
GROUP CLASSES
Together with other like-minded people, you will work to improve your fitness + health. Shared motivation under the supervision of an experienced trainer will speed up your progress.

We will regularly consult on how you are progressing on the way to your goals and setting new ones. If there are any complications – which is normal – we will try to find a way together.
